Experience

Kelly Rogers obtained a 2:1 degree in Law from Kingston University.

 

She then went on to complete a Masters degree in Law at Bristol University. She qualified as a solicitor in January 2004 and joined Pollecoff Solicitors in April 2004.

 

Expertise

Kelly, as head of Civil Litigation, undertakes general Civil Litigation covering a variety of matters. She also specialises in Landlord and Tenant matters acting for landlords in recovering possession and advising on disrepair matters, among others. Kelly also undertakes Housing Law acting for tenants on a wide variety of matters including homelessness, housing benefit issues and possession.
